👋 About Len Tiso
Executive Coach · Speaker · Leadership Partner
Transformation begins when leaders slow down long enough to listen — to themselves, to their teams, and to what’s possible.
For more than two decades, I’ve helped business owners, executives, and nonprofit leaders turn complexity into clarity. Whether in coaching conversations, team development sessions, or leadership retreats, my goal is simple:
To help people grow into the leaders their vision requires.
My Approach: Coaching That Creates Transformation
Leadership growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through awareness, practice, and alignment.
My work combines insight and structure to help clients move from intention to action.
Each engagement is anchored in three core principles:
Clarity over Complexity — focusing on what truly drives results
Strengths over Shortcomings — leveraging natural talent for growth
Systems over Stress — building habits and frameworks that sustain performance
I believe the best leaders grow from the inside out. My coaching helps align who they are with how they lead — building confidence, clarity, and purpose along the way.
Coaching Philosophy
I am passionate about helping people and organizations to flourish.
I’m deeply appreciative of the uniqueness of each coaching client — their story, values, and strengths.
And I’m committed to empowering each client to discover, invest in, and leverage their uniqueness so they can maximize their impact within their spheres of influence.

A Bit About My Journey
My career has always centered on helping people and organizations reach their potential. Over the years, I’ve worked with business owners, executive teams, and nonprofit leaders across industries — helping them strengthen culture, clarify strategy, and grow with purpose.
I currently serve as a Managing Partner and Executive Coach with Fortune Management, a national organization dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals to achieve meaningful, sustainable success. Alongside my work with Fortune, I continue to coach a wide range of leaders and organizations through my independent practice — supporting growth at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and purpose.
This blend of business, organizational, and spiritual experience shapes how I coach: balancing practical systems with personal insight, measurable outcomes with deeper meaning.
